Branchburg Sports Complex Monday Nights

Dates:  Monday’s January 14th, 21st, 28th February 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th 7 Weeks
Grades 3-5 7:00pm to 8:00pm  Grades 6-8 and 9-12 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Geared towards:  Competitive, Advanced, and Elite players (not intended for brand new players)

Age Level:  Players in Grades 5-8 and 9-12 separated according to grade and ability

Individual Defensive concepts covered:  Stance, footwork, body position, checking, holds, sliding, filling, communication, and much more
Schedule:  Sessions will be comprised of 60 minutes of individual defensive skill work
